Terms and Conditions of Booking a workshop or holiday
with Vicki Norman

In booking this workshop you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Booking:

All payments are generally non-refundable.
Workshop and holiday payments may be refundable if your place can be taken by someone on a waiting list, but Vicki cannot guarantee that there will be a waiting list for every workshop. The earlier you inform Vicki that you are unable to attend, the better chance there is of finding somebody to take your place and release your payment back to you. Refunded payments will incur a £30 administration fee.

Should Vicki need to cancel a workshop, liability is limited to fees paid. If the course has to be postponed or cancelled for any reason, including COVID 19 you will be given the option to transfer your deposit to an online or alternative course, or to receive a refund.

By attending a workshop, you agree to release Vicki Norman, her associates, relatives, heirs and business partners of any liability for any reason.

You agree that travel to various locations carries certain risks and that you’ll release Vicki Norman and any associates, relatives, heirs and business partners of any liability associated with visiting and traveling to destinations for workshops.
